Shipping policy

TURNAROUND TIME:

Please note that All Preorder wigs / custom wigs have a turnaround time of 14-21 business days (we do try to get them out before the 14th day but it is not guaranteed)

 

SHIPPING

All orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. 

  • Standard/ Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days after your order is shipped out
  • Express Shipping: overnight - 2 business days
  • International shipping: 5-14 business days (depending)

Any order placed after 5pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.

All packages are delivered via USPS (M-F)

Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Order Early To Prevent delays during holidays

Signature Confirmation:

All packages require a signature upon delivery. If you anticipate being unavailable during delivery, you may request USPS to hold your package at your local post office.

  • Liability Disclaimer: Once your package is transferred to USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. USPS assumes responsibility for any lost, stolen, or missing packages.
  • Address Accuracy: To prevent delays, please ensure your shipping and billing addresses match.
